Regular Monthly Meeting 
Regular meetings of the Commissioners shall be held on the first and third Wednesday of each month at 6:00 pm in the commissioners meeting room at the District Office, located at 5629 E. Seltice Way, Post Falls, Idaho. Notice of the meeting shall be given no less than 5 days prior and a 48 hour agenda notice shall be given. I.C. 74-204(1).

Public Comments
The public comment section is reserved for citizens wishing to address the Board regarding a District related issue. Comments are limited to three (3) minutes per person.
  • If you attend in person and wish to speak during the public comment portion of the meeting, prior to the board meeting, you must sign in with your name and address, and fill-out a Public Comment Form.
  • If you are attending a meeting online and wish to speak during public comments, before the public comment portion begins, please use the chat option to send a message that includes your name, address and the nature of your comment.
  • If you do not wish to speak or cannot attend the meeting but want the Board to consider your testimony, you may submit your written comment to the District. Completed comment forms can be emailed to the District Clerk at: [email protected] Public comment forms must be received by 4:00pm the day of the meeting. Please include: "public comment request" in the subject line of your email or you may drop off your request form at our office [5629 E Seltice Way, Post Falls, Idaho].

2025 Notice of Board Meeting Dates
​Emergency Meeting 
An emergency is a situation involving injury or damage to persons or property, or immediate financial loss, or the likelihood of such injury, damage or loss, when the notice requirements of this section would make such notice impracticable, or increase the likelihood or severity of such injury, damage or loss, and the reason for the emergency is stated at the outset of the meeting. I.C. 74-204(2).

Special Meeting 
A special meeting may be held with at least twenty-four (24) hours notice in advance of the meeting unless an emergency exists as defined in Idaho Code, Section 74-204(2).

Workshop
If needed, Workshops are held at a time agreed upon by the Board. Notice requirements are the same as a Regular Meeting.

​Executive Session ONLY
If only an executive session will be held, a 24 hour meeting notice and agenda shall be given. I.C. 74-204(3).

Meetings Falling on a Holiday 
If a board meeting falls on a holiday, the meeting will either be cancelled or moved to a different date.

Requests to be on the Agenda
​Requests to be on the agenda must be made by the Monday of the  preceding week of the Board meeting. Your request must include all information for the Board’s review packet. These items may include a narrative, written request, map, drawing, etc. If possible, please submit information electronically 
to the District Clerk at: [email protected]

NOTE:  
  • The agenda is subject to change 48-hours prior to a meeting.
  • Meetings are recorded and pick up small noises which scramble the audio. Please cease all conversations while the meeting is in session.
