WELCOME TO POST FALLS HIGHWAY DISTRICT
Post Falls Highway District is a quasi-municipal government entity governed by a three member board. The District is divided into three sub-districts, each represented by a commissioner. The District maintains and improves its highway system in order to provide a well planned, safe, efficient and well maintained system of roads for our users. The Board, administrative staff and employees are dedicated to ensure District residents and all users are represented and served to the best of our ability.
Post Falls Highway District is devoted to compliance with Title VI of the Civil Rights Act of 1964, the Civil Rights Restoration Act of 1987, the Rehabilitation Act of 1973, § 504, the Americans with Disabilities Act of 1990 (ADA), the Age Discrimination Act of 1975 and Executive Orders 12898 (Environmental Justice) and 13166 (Limited English Proficiency).
Post Falls Highway District does not, and will not, exclude persons from participation in or deny the benefits of its programs or activities, subject anyone to discrimination or treat persons unfavorably based on race, color, national origin, sex, age, disability, limited English proficiency or economic status. In addition, Post Falls Highway District will not retaliate against any person who complains of discrimination or who participates in an investigation of discrimination.
