BEFORE THE BOARD OF POST FALLS HIGHWAY DISTRICT

The Board of Post Falls Highway District will hold a public hearing on Tuesday, November 15, 2011 from5:00 PM to 7:00 PM, at the Post Falls Highway District Office, 5629 Seltice Way, Post Falls, Idaho, 83854.
The purpose of the hearing is to provide interested individuals, agencies, groups, and others an opportunity to provide testimony on the Prairie Avenue; Meyer Road to Huetter Road project. The public will have the opportunity to view design displays, ask questions and testify regarding the project. The Highway District secured funds from the Surface Transportation Plan – Rural Program (STP-Rural) administered by the Local Highway Technical Assistance Council (LHTAC) to fund this project. The Boardof the Post Falls Highway District reserves the right to limit the length of testimony. Written commentswill be accepted at the above office prior to the public hearing.The Post Falls Highway District is committed to compliance with Title VI of the Civil Rights Act of 1964and all related regulations and directives.
